Personal Property Coverage

Protects your personal belongings from theft, damage, and loss—both at home and away.

What is Personal Property Coverage?

Personal property coverage (Coverage C) protects your belongings if they're damaged, destroyed, or stolen. This includes furniture, clothing, electronics, appliances, and other personal items.

Standard coverage is typically 50-70% of your dwelling coverage amount. If your home is insured for $300,000, you'd have $150,000-$210,000 in personal property coverage.
